FriendLinkTech maintains its registered headquarters and main office in Dongguan, China. Our primary manufacturing facility is also located in Dongguan, allowing for seamless coordination between our engineering team and production floor. Additionally, we collaborate with a specialized network of suppliers across the Greater Bay Area, including nearby hubs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Foshan. These partners focus on specific expertise such as silk screening, powder coating, spray painting, and water transfer printing, ensuring the highest quality finishes for your products.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive parts that do not meet your expectations for any reason, please notify FriendLinkTech within 7 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will promptly replace or rework the non-conforming parts at no additional cost to you.
We strive for rapid responsiveness:
Prototype Projects: Quoted within 24 hours.
Rapid Tooling Projects: Quoted within 72 hours.
Injection Molding Projects: Timelines vary based on complexity.
Note: Certain specialized processes or materials not handled in-house may require additional time for external sourcing. In such cases, we will clearly highlight any potential delays during the quotation process.
Our rigorous 4-Stage Quality Control System ensures consistency and excellence:
Stage 1: DFM Analysis. At the quotation stage, our highly experienced engineers conduct a full Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to identify potential issues and suggest optimizations.
Stage 2: Incoming Material Inspection. All raw materials are inspected using our proprietary PIM Spectrometer to verify composition and quality.
Stage 3: In-Process Monitoring (IPQC). During mass production, we perform hourly checks and measurements to ensure every unit matches the approved master sample, maintaining batch-wide consistency.
Stage 4: Final Inspection. Before shipping, all products undergo inspection based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards, accompanied by a detailed inspection report.
Our standard pricing term is EXW (Ex Works), unless otherwise agreed.
EXW Definition: The quoted price covers all manufacturing costs and freight charges to a port of your choice in China.
Import Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in your destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom Terms: If you require alternative shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP), these can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
FriendLinkTech generally adheres to ISO 2768-1 standards:
Fine (f): For machined metal parts.
Medium (m): For machined plastic parts.
Coarse (c): For vacuum casting parts.
While we can often achieve tighter tolerances, this depends on part geometry and material properties. If your project requires tolerances stricter than the ISO standards listed above, please specify these requirements clearly during the quotation phase so we can negotiate feasibility and costs accordingly.
Both are highly recommended.
Submitting both 3D models (e.g., STEP, IGES) and 2D drawings (e.g., PDF, DWG) provides the most complete definition of your part, enabling us to generate the most accurate quotation. The more detailed information you provide, the faster and more efficiently we can proceed with prototyping or low-volume production.
Design Review: Once you approve our quote, we conduct a comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review. Our engineers may provide feedback to optimize your design for better manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and performance.

For Molding & Production Orders:
New Clients: 100% payment is required upfront upon issuance of the Purchase Order (PO), unless otherwise agreed.
Existing Clients: Terms may be negotiated based on credit history.
For Tooling (Mold) Projects:
Deposit: 50% deposit is due upon project kickoff. This must be received within 5 days of the start date, or the project will be placed on hold without notice.
Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the tooling samples.
Sample Approval: We typically supply 3–10 samples (quantity subject to agreement) for confirmation.
Deemed Acceptance: If no feedback regarding quality or technical issues is received within 14 days after the latest sample shipment, or if the buyer instructs us to proceed with mass production, the samples and tools are deemed accepted. The balance payment then becomes immediately due.
Tool Ownership: Full ownership of the tools transfers to the buyer only after full payment is received. For production convenience, buyers often agree to leave tools at FriendLinkTech facilities in Dongguan; however, this arrangement does not alter the buyer's obligation to pay in full or their ownership rights.
Outstanding Balances: All delinquent invoices must be paid in full before any samples or finished goods are shipped.
We accept payments via Bank Transfer (T/T) to our designated bank account in China. Detailed banking instructions will be provided on your official Proforma Invoice.
